REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

 

STEP 1

Accomplish Online Registration Form (submit)

STEP 2

For fee assessment, contact OLMS Accounting Office at Tel. Nos. 3428-4745 or 8952-4996, or CP No. 0945-2692766

STEP 3

Pay the Tuition Fee and E-books as assessed by OLMS Accounting Office at the following bank:

Bank Name : Banco de Oro

Account Name : Our Lady of Mercy School of Quezon City

Savings Acct. No. :  002210009843

Email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to admin@olms.edu.ph and write the following information on the deposit slip:

1. Name of Student

2. Grade / Level

3. Amount Deposited

4. Date Deposited

5. Chosen Mode of Payment

STEP 4

A confirmation will be sent thru email to the applicant if payment has been received and if student has been officially enrolled.
